Holy Radishes!!

Just two short days after planting all our seeds
we were seeing some life.

The radishes just shot up!!  So cool.

I just love my little babies. :)

I just love torture.

Logan has tendinitis in his knees.
(It's mostly my fault because I made him run with me
so much..  Sorry sweetie.)

The doc said if he does wall-sits a few times
every day it would get a lot better.

Super easy fix right?

Ha! 

Sorry this is an awful picture, I had to sneak it....

I have to beat him and bribe him to sit on that dang wall...

They are, for the most part, getting done though, so get ready

for some extra hot legs come this summer!

I know I'm excited! ;)

Our garden

It's time to start our garden again this
year.

Our naked garden,  Needs to be weeded...

Last year we started it really late because we moved
into our house kind of late in the planting season.
Even though we were super late, everything we planted
grew very, very well.

I am sure hoping we get that kind of growth again
this year!!

The only thing that stuck with us all winter, a strawberry plant from my Pop's garden.

We did not have time to start any seeds last year
so this year that is what we started with.

We decided to start them a little earlier inside
(since who knows whats going on with the weather these days.)

Mmmm...  Don't these all sound so good?!

We tried out these cool inside greenhouse thingys...

Just add water...

 

Then a few seeds...

Squish them in...

Then stick the lid on and wait!!

So excited to see how they turn out!
Don't worry, I'm sure I'll keep you updated. :)

One day later.

If I just would have waited one more day
for pictures of my tulips..

Maybe I should have taken the pictures after I weeded...
It looks much nicer now. :)

I just love this warm weather! :)

Goon and I have discussed it, and have come to the
conclusion that she should be here in about 2 weeks.

I have heard a few old wives tales (like this one) about how to get
things rolling, but I need more. :)

So,  let's hear it!  How do I get this girl outta me?!

Another crazy weekend in Tridell.

Last weekend we were lucky enough to
have an excuse to head out to Tridell.

We do not get out there as often as we should
so anytime we can go, we do!!

Clifford was having a pretty big birthday so
we decided to throw a "little" party.

You can always tell how great a person is by how many people show up for their

birthday party. This house was stuffed!!

Sunday we had to have an Easter egg hunt.

First we had to wait for the snow to melt...

Then finally, the next party could began.

The kids had to start hunting in order from youngest

to oldest.

Here are a bunch of the grandkids last year

Look how much they have all grown!!

The kids were more tired than normal so it was extra hard to get a good picture.

Wish baby Lesa could have been here again. :(

And of course, it's not a Merkley get together

without laughing at someone.

The boys told Kari they would give her

3 whole dollars if she ate some CryBaby gum.
